Marion, MI and Beijing, China

Well, Saturday was jam packed for us. We drove 2 hours North for the annual Little Family get together at Terry and Ann's farm. Unfortunately, it down poured on us for the first few hours we were there. We were all huddled under tents near Mel's camper while the pig was roasting. When it came time to eat the rain finally let up and everyone was able to have some fun. The girls each got a quick ride on the horses and then we had to hop back in the van and book it back to Grand Rapids for an Adams Family get together to watch Dathan run the Marathon in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. He did phenomenal with a 9th place finish (first American) and a time of 2:11:59. We are so proud of him!
